SNLG11: FII anuncia novos dividendos para abril; confira o valor

Os cotistas do fundo imobiliário SNLG11 terão uma nova distribuição de rendimentos em abril. Conforme anunciado nesta terça-feira (15), o valor definido para esse pagamento é de R$ 0,84 por cota.

O pagamento de dividendos do SNLG11 acontecerá no próximo dia 25 de abril, diretamente nas contas das corretoras ligadas aos investidores elegíveis.

Para garantir o direito a esse dividendo, é necessário estar posicionado no fundo até o encerramento do pregão do dia 15 de abril de 2025. Aqueles que adquirirem cotas após essa data não terão direito a esse rendimento.

Vale ressaltar que o FII SNLG11 não realizava distribuição de proventos desde janeiro deste ano, quando havia reado um valor de R$ 0,36 por cota.

Como é comum nos fundos imobiliários, os dividendos do SNLG11 recebidos por pessoas físicas são isentos de Imposto de Renda.

SNLG11 se aproxima de encerramento

Esse novo pagamento acontece em meio a mudanças relevantes para o fundo. Em outubro do ano ado, foi aprovada a venda dos ativos do SNLG11 para o fundo GGRC11.

A primeira fase da amortização referente a essa operação ocorreu em abril, mais precisamente no dia 7, quando cotistas com posição registrada em 2 de abril receberam, como parte do processo de amortização, três cotas do fundo GGRC11 para cada cota que possuíam do fundo imobiliário SNLG11.

Nesse contexto, os investidores foram orientados a declarar o custo médio de aquisição de suas cotas dentro de um prazo estipulado, que foi de 2 a 14 de abril.

Caso o cotista não informasse esse valor dentro da janela determinada, foi adotado automaticamente um valor de referência de R$ 22,91, que corresponde à menor cotação de fechamento registrada pelo fundo em 2 de fevereiro de 2024.

A a do fundo também informou que novas atualizações serão divulgadas em breve, especialmente sobre a etapa final da liquidação e o encerramento completo do SNLG11.
